Selling by phone and teleconference (ENGLISH)

The first contact with a customer is usually by telephone or conference call, the latter being increasingly used at the beginning of the customers buying cycle.
This trend of increased pressure on a customer time and the awareness of environmental impact of travel
continues to increase the demand of telephone and conference-based selling.
This workshop-based training will focus on personal awareness of our own styles and how to be more effective selling on the phone or by conference call.

• To become aware of your telephone manner and be able identify areas of improvement.
• Gain the knowledge of best practice but tailor to suit your own unique style
